1. Access to the Service

Access to Aura Bionics, including waitlist registration and beta features, is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Aura Bionics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms are identified.

Aura Bionics provides AI-assisted wellness insights designed to support personal awareness and lifestyle reflection only. All outputs are informational and should not be relied upon as professional or clinical guidance.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Bionics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and system logic associated with Aura Bionics are the exclusive property of Aura Bionics Inc. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

5. Eligibility

Aura Bionics is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). The Service is not designed for use by minors.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the platform from which the application was downloaded. Aura Bionics does not store payment information.
